Webelos are hosted by, and camp with Boy Scout Troops!

Packs need to provide a roster to their host troop. All participants must have current health forms.  Troops and Packs are responsible to have health forms with them during check-in. Additionally, every troop will show a valid Tour Plan and current Guide to Safe Scouting at check-in. Troops should include Webelos and guests in troop Tour Plan.

at Camp Garland, Mabee Scout Reservation

Check-in will run from 5:00pm – 9:00pm on Friday, October 7th. No cars will be allowed in campsites after 10:00pm. Late check-in will be from 7:00am – 8:30am on Saturday, October 8th.

  • Lashing
  • 2-Person Saw
  • Compass Course
  • Stretcher Race
  • BB’s
  • Archery
  • Climbing Wall
  • Slingshot Shoot
  • Tomahawk Throw
  • Harrow Disk
  • Cooking
  • Annual Troop Chili Cook-off
  • Patrol Flag Competition

Troops should be prepared with a best skit and patrol yells for the Evening Campfire.  Be sure and have your Patrol Flags, your best chili recipe and Scout Skills ready for a fun day of friendly competition to determine the top all-around Scout Patrol and Webelos Den.

Fees will be $5.00 per camper. Registration Forms and fees are due at the Scout Service Center no later than October 3rd. Earlier registration will insure that everyone gets a patch. As on normal campouts, Troops will be responsible for their own meals, and 1st Aid Response. Webelos Dens will need to make arrangements for meals with their host Troop, so plan accordingly.

Health forms are required for ALL participants (youth and adult).  In order for your registration to be complete, you must fill out the Boy Scouts Health Forms, Part A and B.  Click here to download the health forms.
