Governor Mary Fallin has issued a two-week burn ban due to extreme weather conditions and extraordinary fire danger. The governor’s burn ban supersedes all county burn bans currently in place. It expires February 24, 2017. The ban covers 53 counties, including Cherokee, LeFlore, Mayes, Osage, and Tulsa, where our Camping Properties are located.

Unlawful activities under the ban include campfires and bonfires. For more information, please visit www.forestry.ok.gov/burn-ban-information.
