Sign-up TODAY for the 4,200 mile Cycling Adventure covering 15 states in 65 days from Seattle, WA – Fredericksburg, VA, June 11, 2018 – August 17, 2018. Scouts from across the country are invited to help this group raise awareness about the epidemic of childhood obesity plaguing our country.

Attend World in a Box Day this Saturday, August 6, 2016 featuring Tulsa Global Alliance’s Culture Boxes. There will be booths set up from 10 different countries along with representatives from each country to talk about their countries and culture. There will also be another room for storytelling. The books in the storytelling room will be from various countries. This event will be a terrific learning opportunity for Scouts of all ages and will provide exposure to different cultures through hands-on activities.
The National Youth Leadership Society Award has been discontinued and will no longer be awarded.

TWENTY New Arrow Boxes built by the Council Shooting Sports Committee have been placed at the Cub Scout Day Camps, Cub World, Webelos Resident Camp, the Cub Scout Archery venue at Mabee Scout Reservation, Hale Scout Reservation, and the Williamson Shooting Sports Complex.
Indian Nations Council Scout Reach Troop 424 headed off to Beckley, West Virginia this Tuesday, June 28th. Troop 424 was selected to attend The Summit this summer through the Scout Reach Summit Scholarship.
Lions, a new Boy Scouts of America pilot program for kindergarten boys, will begin in select Councils on a test pilot basis this fall.
