The Irving Bartlett Training Center Located at Camp Garland, the Irving Bartlett Training Center was dedicated to the Indian Nations Council, Boy Scouts of America in 2000. The Training Center is host to nine camp sites, outdoor training assembly hall, conference rooms, and air conditioned meeting areas for year round use. Located east of Tulsa and south of Locust Grove, the Irving Bartlett Training Center helps to insure the effectiveness of the training programs of the Boy Scouts of America for both youth and adult. We are thankful to the Edward E. and Helen Turner Bartlett Foundation for their generosity. |
