New Merit Badge

The merit badge will cover the history of mining, explore the status of mining in the 21st century, introduce Scouts to modern mining careers and explore the all-important topic of mining safety. Mining in Society, like the already-popular Welding merit badge, is another STEM-focused merit badge that will help introduce Scouts to real-world careers that are actively hiring.

February 22nd was a special night for the Indian Nations Council in many different ways. Scouts and Scouters, along with loved ones, friends and colleagues, gathered to recognize the Donald E. Walker 2013 Class of Eagle Scouts, together with eight Silver Beaver Award recipients and three North Star Award recipients.

205 Scouts were presented with the Eagle Scout Award in 2013.

Cub Scout Day Camp is a multiple-day program for Tiger Cubs and their adult partners, Cub Scouts, and Webelos. Day Camp is conducted by Council and District leadership, throughout the month of June. Bring your Pack, Den, parent or guardian and join other Cub Scouts from across Eastern Oklahoma for fun activities, sports, and adventure!
