Friday, April 29

5:00 p.m. General Check-in @ Main Entrance
10:00 p.m. Unit Leaders (SPL and SM) Cracker Barrel w/Camporee Staff – Welcome, introductions and announcements)
11:00 p.m. Traffic cut-off/Taps/Staff Meeting

Saturday, April 30

7:00 a.m. Reveille
8:00 a.m. Opening flag ceremony – Camporee HQs (all units)(Class A Uniform)
8:30 a.m. Program Areas open / CUB Scouts/Webelos check-in opens @ Main Entrance
9:00 a.m. Cub Scouts/Webelos Program Opens
11:00 a.m. Sac & Fox OA Dance Team Exhibition – Kiva
Noon Activities and Expo Areas close/slow down for lunch
1:00 p.m. Program Areas re-open
3:00 p.m. Select program activities close to begin competitions
3:30 p.m. All Cub Scouts/Webelos depart Babbitt Cub World
4:00 p.m. All Cub Scouts/Webelos depart Main Entrance (Webelos camping with Troop may stay.) Program areas wind down and close.
4:50 p.m. Assemble for Flag retreat ceremony – Camporee HQs (all units)
5:00 p.m. Flag retreat with Fly-over
8:00 p.m. Arena opens for seating (Class A Uniform)
8:30 p.m. Arena show begins
10:03 p.m. Fireworks
11:00 p.m. Taps

Sunday, May 1

7:00 a.m. Reveille
8:30 a.m. Scout’s Own religious service – Arena
9:30 a.m. Traffic allowed in camping areas
Noon Staff lunch
2:00 p.m. All units checked-out & return home safely
