We need your unit to host an Activity Area to help make Scouting’s Fall Festival a success!!!
Whether you lead a Pack, Troop, Crew or Post, your unit is invited to host a hands-on activity area of your choosing. This annual event relies upon the support of units from across our Council to host activities for over 5,000 youth and parents. As the largest Indian Nations Council event open to the general public, it is a great way to kick-off the new program year, come together as a unit or even join another unit, and have some fun.
Creative ideas for activities are welcome and they don’t have to be complex. Think simple and fun. For example, a Pack may build a simple obstacle course, set up paper “stomp” rockets or bandage-up fake wounds (perhaps getting Mom a little worried). Do Minute to Win It games, Survivor challenges, puzzles, along with traditional events like rain water regattas and pine wood derby racing. Troops have built monkey bridges and other pioneering projects, hosted fishing from shore, walking on stilts and 2-man cross-cut log sawing, among many, many activities. But, we leave it up to you to figure out what your unit wants to do.
But, the important thing is we need your unit to participate! Please help.
