Cost: Youth  $15.00 | Adult $10.00
Fee includes lunch for both youth and adults.

  • A Scout may take up to 6 Merit Badge blocks.
  • Please pay attention to how many blocks each Merit Badge requires (6 total blocks per scouts).
  • Sign up is first come first served through the new online portal.
  • Scheduling will be completed during the online registration process.
  • Changes to class times may be made to balance classes, please verify your schedule on Friday January 31st, 2020.
  • If submitting registration via email, fax or mail, 2 alternate MB selections are required!
  • Scouts may earn partials.
  • Blue Cards and earned requirement report will be provided through the new online software following the event.
  • All Adult Training Classes included in Adult fee.
  • Registration after January 26 requires District Executive approval.

Each Scout will need a Merit Badge Pamphlet for each merit badge for which he is enrolled.  Prerequistes may be completed before hand if a scout would like to complete the badge the day of the Fair.  Completion is not guaranteed.  Please have extra adults from each troop available to assistance in the classrooms.  Adult Training will also be offered.

Please pay online at www.okscouts.org.  When paying online please email the attached registration form to mknauls@okscouts.org  Our new online portal will provide all scheduling at time of registration.  If emailing, faxing, or mailing:  complete the attached Unit/Individual Registration form and make checks payable to B.S.A.   Send checks with Registration form to: Indian Nations Coucil Service Center, 4295 South Garnett, Tulsa, OK  74146, noting that it is for the “NEOSHO District Merit Badge Fair.”  REGISTRATION IS NOT COMPLETE AND CLASSES WILL NOT BE SCHEDULED UNTIL WE RECEIVE THE COMPLETED FORM.

For our lunch count, please list all Adults and Youth on the Registration form.
Because of class room size there is a cap of 500 Scouts, so please turn your registration early.
