      Instilling values and developing leaders, a collaboration to further our mission and strengthen our methods.

      PILLARS

      We have developed a plan for success focused on Seven Pillars and Initiatives, from impactful insight and feedback from our members. This Strategic Long-Range Plan is designed to sharpen our focus and expand our future.

      ​

      PILLAR 1 - MEMBERSHIP

      Make a pathway for all youth to engage in a quality experience through the Scouting program while achieving the leadership and life skills through the progression of the Scouting program.

       

      PILLAR 2 - LEADERSHIP

      Engage, Develop and Train volunteers to lead and mentor the membership of the Scouting programs.

       

      PILLAR 3 - HEALTH AND WELLNESS

      Provide an environment of hopefulness through positive environments and relationships through Scouting.

       

      PILLAR 4 - EDUCATION

      Facilitate leadership, life skills, values and service training through Scouting’s Oath and Law.

       

      PILLAR 5 - DIVERSITY

      Provide a community where all flourish through Scouting.

       

      PILLAR 6 - WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT

      Interconnect the culture, attitudes and solutions of collaborative relationships that foster youth to develop their future aspirations. 

       

      PILLAR 7 - FINANCIAL STABILITY

      Maximize philanthropy through annual donor engagements.​

      Included in the Indian Nations Council’s plan to prioritize initiatives ensuring stability and growth.

       

      • Offer Scouting to all youth in the Indian Nations Council territory

      • Annual Membership Growth

      • Achieve Diversity at all levels

      • Develop sustainability for the Indian Nations Council by offering income streams to achieve affordable programming and operations.
