From stadium shows to merit badges, patch trading to adventure sports, you’ll want to be at the Summit Bechtel Reserve in 2026. The jamboree is on a first-come basis for everyone who qualifies. After units have been filled, a stand-by list of alternates will be established. Participants will be assigned to a jamboree unit consisting of 40 participants (including youth and adults).
Youth participants will be a member of a patrol/crew within the unit. Our council contingent will consist of a touring troop that will visit Washington D.C. before the Jamboree.

2023 Jamboree Picture Presentation - Build the Excitement!
The Indian Nations Council registration is open for the 2026 National Jamboree! Each participant must register both at www.event.scouting.org and at https://scoutingevent.com/488-93702 to complete your registration. ScoutMaster or Crew Advisor approval is required for acceptance.
The Indian Nations Council Contingent will be leaving from Tulsa on July 17th traveling towards the Summitt Bechtel Reserve with exciting stops along the way in Indianapolis and two nights in the Washington DC area. After exploring our Nation's capital, the contingent will travel to Adventures on the Gorge and get ready for our full day experience on the New River. After all this fun, then the real activity begins! The National Jamboree runs from July 22nd - 31st where the contingent will be on site at the Summit Bechtel Reserve.
Cost: $3,225
Price is all inclusive and includes: Jamboree fee, all meals, touring, hotels, travel, INC Jamboree swag (t-shirts, hats, patches, travel duffel bag, etc.)
Scouting’s flagship event is one-of-a-kind. It’s a gathering of approximately 20,000 Scouts, leaders, and staff that showcases everything that is great about the BSA and its members. Held every four years, the Jamboree is an amazing opportunity for participants, volunteers, and visitors to experience the best of Scouting, all in one place. Features include; one of the longest zip line courses in North America, a world-class skate park, ATV offerings, treetop canopy tours, rock climbing, patch trading, stadium shows, and much more!
The Indian Nations Council is forming our contingent to send to the Jamboree consisting of 2 Jamboree Troops for males and 1/2 Jamboree Troop for females and a 1/2 a Venture Crew. More information will be presented but start NOW by making plans to attend this once-in-a-lifetime event.
Youth Requirement: Scouts attending must be a registered Scout BSA or Venture Scout in the Indian Nations Council. Scouts must be at least 13 years old and First-Class rank by the time of the contingent's departure. All Scouts must be younger than 18 for the duration of the trip and Venture Scouts must be younger than 21 for the duration of the trip. All youth will register online and once approved can begin to make payments directly to the Indian Nations Council. It is required that you also register with the National Jamboree so it is a two step process.
Adult Requirement: Adults attending with the council's contingent must be registered in the Indian Nations Council, interviewed by the Jamboree committee, and be approved prior to being able to register online.
Dates: Jamboree: July 22-31, 2026 (Anticipated travel inclusive dates of July 17th - July 31st).

Deposit of $300 (non-refundable) due to register
Three additional payments are due:
Payment #1 of $1,000 - by September 1, 2025
Payment #2 of $1,000 - by January 15, 2026
Payment #3 of $925 - by April 1, 2026
Contingent members are welcome to make regular payments via blackpug or at the council office as long as the totals are paid by each deadline.
